This intimate group will be limited to 6 Pastors who are passionate about ministry, emotionally intelligent, coachable, and dedicated to their growth journey as leaders.
Due to the sensitive nature of this group, confidentiality will be held strictly, and no recording of sessions will be permitted. A confidentiality agreement will be signed prior to beginning this course.
Module 1: Three-Hour Kickoff Session. Your journey begins with a 3-hour session that will lay the groundwork for the next 3 months. Engage in transparent, honest, and thought-provoking conversations with pastors in your cohort. Navigate your challenges with wisdom and confidence through new frameworks, filters, and a powerful tool to help you experience peace and connection with others in the midst of conflict.
Module 2: Under the Iceberg: What’s really going on. Most consultants and coaches miss this. Discover the systemic issues beneath the water line and internal culture issues that are fueling conflict in your church.
Module 3: Communication Skills: Set yourself up to succeed. Engage in powerful conversations with others with new filters to process conversations through. Learn to ask powerful questions and refine listening and communication skills.
Module 4: Soul Work: Engage Conflict with Confidence, Oovercome your fear of conflict, stop people pleasing, and step into your God-given Pastoral authority with humility.
Module 5: Give and Receive Forgiveness. Lead the way in giving and receiving forgiveness. Release new life in your soul and relationships through apologies and making amends as appropriate.
Module 6: Moving Forward. Inner work: Reflect on and make intentional shifts in how you want to show up in the world as an extraordinary Pastor and Leader.

- Your five coaching sessions will follow each of the program modules and will be set up on an individual basis.

Your engagement in this process is an investment upfront.
- Often, pastors or key influencers find one, two or three benefactors within the church to financially invest.
- Other times pastors use their continuing education fund or invest in it themselves or a combination of some of the above.
The investment is really quite little compared to the potential transformational results or serious consequences.
Deb has guided individuals, teams, and organizations through their pain and challenges, through tough turn-arounds, and in exciting entrepreneurial adventures. She knows the pain of conflict quite well as a Pastor, Consultant, Coach and Congregational member. We have all participated in or initiated conflict from time to time-and conflict it's self is not bad. It's what we do with it. Do we utilize it for good? Deb knows that conflict is normal, often found at the edge of boundaries or norms and can be utilized for growth and transformation. She has helped congregations in extreme conflict and understands the systemic and culture issues beneath the surface that are likely affecting behaviors on the surface. She is an experienced executive leader and change agent of 25+ years leading and walking alongside many underperforming and start-up organizations including: churches, businesses, government entities, non-profits, and community service organizations. Deb is passionate about powerfully coaching and empowering transformation in congregatinos so that they can become the extraordinary church God has invited them to be.
